End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Christophe Cornelis (“Developer”) and governs your use of the TrueNAS Pulse iOS application (“App”).
If the App is downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple Inc. is not a party to this Agreement and has no responsibility for the App beyond providing the App Store platform.
License Grant
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s Usage Rules.
This license does not grant you the right to:
- Reverse engineer the App
- Modify or distribute the App
- Extract source code
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
Ownership
The App and all related intellectual property remain the sole property of the Developer.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Maintenance and Support
The Developer may provide updates or improvements at their discretion.
The Developer is solely responsible for maintenance and support of the App.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
Warranty Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the App.
Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
Your rights under this Agreement terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles.
