By downloading or using TrueNAS Pulse (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
TrueNAS Pulse is a native iOS application that allows users to interact with and manage their own TrueNAS systems.
The App operates as a client interface between your device and your self-hosted TrueNAS environment.
No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
The developer makes no guarantees regarding:
- Availability
- Accuracy
- System compatibility
- Data integrity
- Fitness for a particular purpose
You assume full responsibility for any actions performed using the App.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Securing your TrueNAS system
- Managing API credentials
- Maintaining backups
- Verifying actions before execution (e.g., rollback, replication, deletion)
The developer is not responsible for data loss, misconfiguration, or operational errors.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for:
- Data loss
- System downtime
- Financial loss
- Indirect or consequential damages
Use of the App is at your own risk.
Changes
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
